I want a solid aluminum bar with as few moving parts as possible, and I say that because I see the ones on Amazon have nothing but fragile plastic with no way to service once they inevitably break. Some of those reviews for the Harbor Freight ones talk about lifting a brick with the tool, which is the opposite of what I need. I'm looking at some of the industrial options, Harbor Freight namely, but worry they will be too heavy and not very easy to squeeze. I'm not adverse to a higher price tag as long as this fucking thing will still be functional in a year. I don't particularly care about lifting heavy items, as that's barely feasible for me even if the grabber tool could hold up.

I'm balls deep in Amazon reviews and getting really frustrated seeing "best sellers" touting 30k+ reviews which are mostly from 2017, with recent reviews being either absent or extremely negative about the product. I was able to maintain some semblance of cleanliness in my apartment, which made me feel so much better not needing to rely on others as much as I already do.įinally it broke, and I'm looking to get a better one. I had it hanging next to my bed and it made a world of difference. It buckled when lifting even a light t shirt, but it worked. I feel really annoyed at Amazon for how they pushed this item when it clearly was not of quality.

I was (extremely kindly) gifted a grabber which was an Amazon best seller. Hiya, I have chronic pain and bending over is especially painful.

The mods are somewhat flexible with the rules as long as the OP explains in the comments.
